LogiNext Field, a mobile application, has a solution for agents who want to work on their phones but still need the benefits of the application in order to achieve a goal or reach a meeting.
The application keeps all of the fields and tasks assigned to an agent in sync with the agents’ work order in the ERP system. LogiNext Field helps agents achieve their goals and achieve a high level of efficiency by assigning a location to each task, following an optimized route, and staying on time.
How does LogiNext Field Work?
LogiNext Field is paired with LogiNext Cloud, the agent’s workplace, which keeps all of the project and task information for each agent stored in a database. This information can be updated from the cloud with all of the agents’ schedules and locations.
This ensures that the field agent has access to the information they need to complete the assigned tasks, even when they’re on the go.
The application also gives the agents the ability to track how much time they’ve spent on a particular task, helping them reach their goals faster. This is done through a system that uses real-time GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular data to know exactly where each agent is in real-time.
